Google launches Chromecast Gear VR streaming
A few weeks ago, Google rolled out an update for Daydream which would allow users to show their screen on a Chrome-equipped television and screen captures.
Now, Chromecast will support Gear VR streaming in real-time.
This new feature aims to make VR a more social experience, allowing friends and family to share in a user’s VR experience
To do so, users need the latest version of the Oculus mobile app and Android. Then, it’s as simple as hitting the Cast button, selecting a cast-enabled device and hopping into a Gear VR headset.
